Camera Ready Guidelines for Springer Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems
Please read the following CAREFULLY. Here are the steps you MUST follow:
• Please see the REVIEWERS' COMMENTS for your paper at your author portal, which MUST be addressed.
NOTE: If the reviewer's comments have not been addressed, your paper will NOT be included in the Springer Lecture Notes on Networks and Systems.

• Please prepare your final manuscript according to the Springer template either in word format or in Latex.

• Write the author's name properly and sequentially. Make sure that a name means just a name. DO NOT include Dr./Prof./Graduate Student/Mr./Ms. etc. in the names.
• Affiliations mean the name of the department, name of institute. Address of the institute with Zip Code. Add ALL authors' valid email addresses and mark the CORRESPONDING AUTHOR in the author list.
- Abstract: Ensure that abstract it concise and accurate and the word limits are between 150 and 200 words.
- For more clarity and readability, please check the English of your paper by an expert or a native speaker.
- Make sure that no part of this paper (including Figure/Table/Algorithm) is copied from other sources. The similarity shall be less than 15% (Overall) and < 5% from a single source. Exclude references while checking similarity. AI contents must be below 20%
- Make sure that ALL images/illustrations are from you and drawn by you [even if you want to redraw from another document, make sure that you give reference properly, and take the permission (if needed)]. Do not just download it from a website/paper and put it in the paper. Try to redraw in higher resolution and use less color. Make sure that texts within an image are clear and font sizes are proper.
• Make sure that there is no formatting problem, no typo/spelling Mistakes, no problems with proper punctuation, no mixed fonts, and make sure that all sections/subsections/Figure Numbers/Table Numbers/References, etc. are properly marked.
• In Acknowledgment, make sure that you do it properly but do not write too much [NOT Mandatory].
• Make sure that all references are 100% cited within the paper. Use Springer Style for writing references. Please be careful that all necessary information is available in the citation including DOI where available.
• Although it is discouraged to use weblink as a reference, if you refer to a web link, make sure that you put the access date and the title of the content on the website.
• In general, the length of the camera-ready version of the paper is between 12 and 15 pages. However, it can be extended up to 16 pages if authors require additional pages to address the reviewers' comments.
• In summary, authors must address following points while preparing camera ready version of the paper.
- Must be formatted according to Springer guidelines as per the template.
- Abstract and conclusion need to be synchronized with the contents of the paper
- Authors need to ensure that there are no typos, grammatical errors and logical lips in the paper.
- Authors must ensure that overall similarity is less than 15% excluding biography and single source similarity is less than 5%.
- AI contents must be below 20% in the entire paper.
- Authors must ensure that each paper in the reference section is cited in the paper accurately.
- Authors should ensure that pictures and contents in the pictures are clear enough so that the contents are clearly readable. Vector images and pictures such as SVGs, CDR, and AI are well suited for this.
- Authors must ensure that Tables and Figures of your paper must have proper captions. Also, ensure referencing your tables and figure.
- Authors should provide more detail explanations of the results.
- References need to be formatted in Springer style. Careful look is necessary to ensure that necessary information is in each reference.
• Camera Ready Submission: Please log in to the Conference Management System (CMT) https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/BIM2025 to submit camera ready version of your paper. Check for Camera Ready to upload camera ready version of your paper. Make sure that paper ID is in the format Paper ID_Camera Ready.pdf and Paper ID_Camera Ready.zip / Paper ID_Camera Ready.docx for PDF and LATEX file/ word file, respectively. In zip file ensure that all necessary files and images are included so that it produces accurate pdf after compilation. As for example, 101_Camera Ready.pdf and 101_Camera Ready.zip / 101_Camera Ready.docx. No other format is allowable. Also, upload valid student ID for the year 2025 and valid IEEE CS Membership Proof for 2025 for your studentship proof and IEEE CS membership proof, respectively in Camera Ready section. Follow the format as Paper ID_Studentship Proof and Paper ID_IEEE CS Membership Proof. Payment Proof also needs to be uploaded here using the format Paper ID_Payment Proof.pdf. In addition, it is necessary to upload reviewers' responses as a pdf file having naming convention Paper ID_Response-to-Reviewers-Comments.pdf.
You need to upload Copyright Form and Consent for Publication Form later on.
• Registration: at least one author of your paper MUST REGISTER and PRESENT the paper at the conference. Failing to do so, your paper will be withdrawn and not be included in the proceedings.
