Registration Information

Registration with appropriate fee is mandatory for participation and publication of abstracts and papers in conference proceedings.

Important: Conference delegates are expected to follow the registration guidelines. All fees are final and registration confirmation will be provided upon payment completion.

Notes

  • The above registration fees are for one paper for one author.
  • If more than one author of a paper wants to participate at BIM 2025, each of them must pay the full registration fee as per their category.
  • Authors must upload studentship proof and/or IEEE CS valid membership proof for the year 2025, where applicable.
  • Authors must pay all types of transfer fees and service charges (if required).

Additional Papers

Authors can register one additional paper as per the following rates. In case of more than one additional paper, authors have to pay the full registration fee according to the category mentioned above.

  • International Authors USD $250
  • International Student Authors USD $200
  • Local Authors BDT 7,000
  • Local Student Authors BDT 6,000

Explanation

Say a local author (Non-IEEE CS) has five accepted papers. He has to calculate the payable amount as follows:
