Our online payment system is open You can also pay your registration fees via bank transfer.
There are total five registration types. These are

Registration for Participation

  • International Authors / International Participants
    • IEEE Members – USD$ 200
    • Non-IEEE Members – USD$ 250
  • International Student Authors / International Student Participants IEEE Members
    • IEEE Members – USD$ 180
    • Non-IEEE Members – USD$ 200
  • Local Authors
    • IEEE Members – BDT. 6500
    • Non-IEEE Members – BDT. 7000
  • Local Student Authors
    • IEEE Members – BDT. 5500
    • Non-IEEE Members – BDT. 6000
  • Local Participants – BDT. 6000

Benefits includes the following:

  1. Conference kit– Bag, pad, pen, conference digest, pen drive, launch, buffets coupons and souvenirs
  2. Certificates
  3. Participation at all keynote speeches, invited talks, technical sessions, panel discussions and tutorial sessions.

Additional papers registration

Authors can register one additional paper as per following rates. In case of more than one additional paper, authors have to pay full registration fee according to the category as mentioned above. Note that if more than one author registers for each paper, each author of that paper has to pay full registration fee as per the category mentioned above.

  • International Authors – USD$ 150
  • International Student Authors – USD$ 100
  • Local Authors – BDT. 4,000
  • Local Student Authors-BDT. 3,000

Payment procedure

Please note that all kinds of transfer fees and service charges (if required) should be paid by the depositors.

At present you can pay your registration fees via bank transfer. Our online payment system is going to be opened within June, 2023

We have two modes of payments.

    1. You can use any acceptable cards as well as any acceptable mobile money system such as Nagad, bKash, Rocket etc. You can do this payment at anytime from anywhere. (-> Proceed for payment)

  2. Authors must have to upload studentship proof and/or IEEE valid membership proof for the year 2023 where applicable.
  3. Registration will not be completed until payment is processed and confirmed. So, before performing your registration please complete your payment.
